This session is led by a qualified physiotherapist who will tailor the class to each individual. This is a simple and fun way to assess your own mental awareness. The talk is delivered in a nursery rhyme format, but for adults. Its a simple approach to gaining a better understanding of the human experience. There’s also time for questions and discussion with Dizzy after the talk.
