Send Noodz
Crazy Pedro’s
Not at all what it seems but almost as pleasant – ‘Send Noodz’ is Crazy Pedro’s latest monthly special and is an extra special collaboration with everybody’s favourite ramen place – Tokyo Ramen. This delight is topped with Tan Tan Sauce, Salted Fried Chicken, Spring Onions, Sweetcorn May, Red Dragon Sauce and plenty of Crispy Ramen Noodles. It’s as nutritious as having 2 meals, so just eat this every day, all month. I will be. – Ben Brown

Aperol Spritz
Federal
If there was something in the world that could trick you into thinking you haven’t just sat down, running into Federal from the pouring rain, piss wet through, it’s an Aperol Spritz. This taste of sunshine is the ultimate summer drink and I will not be led to believe it is no longer summer so I will continue to drink this even as my winter drink. Mulled wine can go on a jolly sleigh ride very far away from me. – Jale Hardy

Tantanmen
Tokyo Ramen
Firstly, this is absolutely banging. I’d leave it there but it’s my job to describe it more than that. So, it’s a delicious Japanese take on spicy ramen noodle soup topped with the crispiest fried chicken, possibly in the world. Does it get better than that? Noodles and fried chicken. I believe the answer you’re looking for is no, no it does not. – Alex Watson

Flight Board
Beatnikz Republic NQ
You can now purchase a flight board of beers at Beatnikz – meaning you can try 4 different beers all at once. They come on a paddle board too which is highly efficient if you’re looking to do a lot of moving about, and can also be used either as a weapon or a sex toy depending on whether you’re a lover or a fighter. The beers at Beatnikz are always top too. – Ben Brown

The Meat Special
Franco Manca
A new pizza joint opened up this week and it’s rather strangely located in an old bookies on Piccadilly Gardens. Try not to let that put you off though because the pizzas were fantastic – especially my ‘Meat Special’ which included a caramelised onion base, blue cheese, salami, fennel and a few other bits and pieces. The base was great, the toppings ample and the price point pretty good. Should do well I reckon. – Ben Brown

Negroni
Don Giovanni
Seems only right that the oldest Italian in Manchester serves up the classic and bloody delicious Italian cocktail. This bright orange drink filled with more alcohol than you need, one part gin, one part vermouth and one part Campari. Delicious. And will absolutely get you sloshed. Even more so that they’re currently 2-4-1 every day. – Rikki Chan
