Gnudi & Leeks
Erst
I honestly can’t describe how FIT these were. I had to ask what ‘gnudi’ actually was because clearly I’m in the wrong job but it’s actually dumplings. And in this case, stuffed with ricotta. They were served with braised leeks, a sprinkling of parmesan and breadcrumbs. The whole thing was on a bed of what can only be described as the most delicious jus I’ve ever had. I’ve been thinking about it a lot. – Alex Watson

Lamb Shank
Harvey Nichols
The flakiest lamb I’ve ever had, falling off the bone and straight into my gob. The lamb was served on a bed of minted crushed sweet potato with gremolata and curly kale. Obviously this lamb was bloody delicious or it wouldn’t be in this BUT the whole thing was made sweeter with our 50% OFF (wow shameless plug). Everybody needs to get involved with this, so far I’ve told all my close family, next week the extended family. – Daisy Miles

Buffalo Chicken Taco
Wolf at the Door
They’ve released their new food menu at Wolf at the Door and it’s a lot different than what they were doing before. Gone is the fussy Scandi vibes, replaced by some seriously good Bao buns and Tacos. Some of the options are absolutely brilliant – including a Scampi and Fries Taco that everyone should try, but also this – a Buffalo Chicken Taco. It comes coated in Buffalo but also a Bunny Jackson’s Blue Cheese Sauce. They’re only £1.50 each too. – Ben Brown

Dorset Crab & Smoked Salmon
Randall & Aubin
Randall and Aubin can do no wrong in my eyes. Their seafood is TO DIE FOR. Thin sheets of smoked salmon topped with a chunk of avocado and topped with shredded crab. To. Die. For. – Daisy Miles

Irn Bru Cocktail
Dog Bowl
All my favourites in one glass. Aperol, Prosecco and Blood Orange liqueur topped with Irn Bru. I’m not drunk – you are. – Ciara Martin

Hot Dog
Grandad’s Sausages @ Hatch
There’s nowt better than a proper sausage with crispy onion, mustard and ketchup on a literal bed of fries. I know what I’m getting for dinner every day next week. – Jamie Roberts

Tomahawk
Wood
Steakkkk night we’re gonna eattt it right.
Does anyone remember that from Scrubs? Steak is such a treat. It’s the world’s best meat. Nuff said really, init? – India Morris

Crab Balls
Holy Crab
A staple in the diet of working at Manchester’s Finest is Arndale Food Market for lunch. At least somebody goes once a week, it’s not a wonder we’re all complaining we’re broke all the time and nothing to show for it. Bloody food. Anyway, this week I lost my Holy Crab virginity and holy crab balls was it good. 10/10 would recommend. – India Morris
