An express class that’s just 40 minutes to get you out of your head and in line with your body. The perfect class to do on your lunch break with time to get back to the office and eat! The class is full of stretches, strengthening poses, breathing deep and calming you down. You will leave revived and reset ready for the rest of your day at work. £8

Tuesday 13th August @ 13:30 – 14:10
Alexis Fletcher of FLEX YOGA MCR is Yoga Alliance 340hr trained in Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin & Chakras. her practise, for many years has lead her to create a relaxed and fun yoga style. The Don’t Namaste at your Desk is perfect to relax and stretch out the stresses of work whilst focussing on meditation. £10

Restore your Core – Postnatal Yoga with Jai
Wednesday 14th August @ 10:30-11:45

A class designed for the new mums out there, ready to get their core back. All exercises are safe for mums after pregnancy and include a baby massage, singing and baby yoga. The exercises are carefully curated to help you restore your post-pregnancy core with safe exercises, separated by muscles, including tummy, pelvic floor and some designed to ease back and shoulder ache. The stretches will help you sleep and help your baby’s development including digestion. £10

Physio led Pilates with Emma Wild
Thursday 15th August @ 18:15-19:15
Optimising core stability and postural awareness, pilates-physio fusion will help you to prevent future injuries and be kind to current long term issues such as arthritis or back pain. The class is low impact and suitable for those with joint issues. Lead by a specialised physiotherapist, the gentle hour will be challenging and have a personal approach with specific tailoring to each individual. £10

Lunchtime Flow with Tyler
Friday 16th August @ 12:30-13:30

Filled with fluit movement and room for expression, these creative flows will help you strengthen your posture and stretch your body. It’s filled with good vibes and anyone with an open mind is welcome! You’ll leave feeling like you’ve worked your whole body mentally and physically. This class is suitable for everyone. £8

Flow Yoga with Yogalife
Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th August @ 10:30-11:30
Flow classes help you create a link between breath and movement, there’s plenty of music and good vibes in this beautiful but challenging class. Great for the core muscles and building upper body strength and promises to let you leave sweaty, hot and super duper stretched. £10
