Catering for all, enjoy a selection of delicious sandwiches and snacks including Goat’s Cheese Tart’s with cranberry and walnut, Poached Scottish Salmon with rocket and caper crème fraiche, Cucumber, Apple and Cream Cheese and Coronation Chicken with dill pickle served inside a brioche bun.
Sweets and pastries include the Passion Fruit, Coconut and Mango Tarts, Rum and Raisin Cake with caramelised banana, Apple Crumble and Custard Macarons and the Chocolate and Citrus Tarts.
