A New Way of Living for Manchester Renters Next generation living starts in Manchester City Centre
Moda Angel Gardens will open this autumn in the heart of the city with 466 rental apartments with some fantastic amenities and flexible renting rules.
From a car club to a rooftop sports pitch and no deposits to a residents’ app, Moda promises to bring a whole new way of renting to Manchester.
A radical departure from the traditional rental market, Moda will offer a much simpler process with zero deposits, zero fees and flexible contracts.
From spacious studios to penthouse apartments, each apartment is fully furnished and beautifully designed by leading interior designer Naomi Cleaver.
The term ‘everything on your doorstep’ could not be more apt for Angle Gardens with its extensive list of amenities. Residents can enjoy access to their very own rooftop BBQ terrace, sports pitch, library, residents lounge, private dining room, gym and cinema room.
On-site flexible workspace and bookable meeting rooms will give entrepreneurs, freelancers, hot-deskers and home-workers the perfect environment to find a quiet spot to focus or meet and collaborate with other residents.
With the intention of combating the shocking national statistic that over 61% of renters are lonely, an extensive events programme – from rooftop yoga to BBQs – will give residents the chance to mix and mingle.
In addition, community groups will bring likeminded individuals together; think book clubs, running clubs and getting together to watch the football. Adding to the outstanding amenities, Moda will be partnering with some of the UK’s and Manchester’s most well-known brands to offer residents and those in the city even more.
First to be announced is the opening of Hero Wellbeing, bringing a brand-new fitness concept to the city. Hero combines physical, mental and social wellbeing together in the form of a fitness studio and bespoke wellness app.
Living with Moda, residents will be able to book a complimentary health check with a 3D body scan, break a sweat in the free 24-hour residents’ gym, attend cooking classes, have nutritionist-designed meals delivered to their door and attend regular health and wellbeing events.
In addition, there will be a number of mental health first aid trained staff on site, giving residents’ mental wellbeing as much focus as their physical wellbeing.
With the My Moda app, everything from paying rent to booking events to instant messaging the 24hour concierge will quite literally be at residents’ fingertips.
The app will also act as a guide to Manchester giving residents the latest updates from across the city and exclusive access and offers from their favourite brands and venues.
Moda Angel Gardens will open its doors to residents in October with many more global brand partnerships, events and exclusive services to be announced in the coming months. Those looking to shake up their lifestyle and move into Moda Angel Gardens can register their interest using the button below:
