On Saturday The Milton Club were extremely excited to show their first ever sporting event at they couldn’t have asked for a better match to ‘kick off’ with than England vs Italy. The venue was its usual sophisticated self and the booths quickly filled with excited supporters.

The many TV screens dotted around the venue had a show reel keeping the fans entertained, whilst enjoying some of the special offers, including the cocktail of the month, the ‘Pomsecco’.

When switching from music to pre-match interviews, they revealed their two brand new 6ft HD screens, which wowed the enthusiastic crowd.

Fans had a great vantage point from any spot in the venue, with private booths having their own TVs and sound system. Some guests also opted for a canapé selection and enjoyed typical Brazilian dishes to really get into the spirit. The match itself saw the inevitable ups and downs of a football match.

A definite high point for all at The Milton Club was when just two minutes after Italy had taken the lead, Sturridge came back to equalise. Unfortunately we all know the end result… With a smooth transition from football back to music, it was ensured the party continued despite the result. It seemed there were plenty of commiseration drinks and the crowd certainly danced the night away in true Milton Club style.
