Manchester’s authentic Italian restaurant, Salvi’s have opened a stunning new bar at the Corn Exchange.

Terrazza is Salvi’s first dedicated bar concept and the Corn Exchange’s first stand-alone bar.

The bar is sleek and stylish in black and gold, dominating the Corn Exchange’s iconic atrium space. Situated under the venue’s magnificent glass dome, it’s the perfect place to relax this summer, whatever the weather!

Salvi’s Terrazza will specialise in Italian cocktails, but the collection will go beyond Italy with 30 different cocktails on the menu.

The collection has been devised by award-winning Italian mixologist Max Muroni, who has worked in a whole host of establishments in Manchester and across the globe, including 7 star hotels in Dubai and London’s exclusive members bar  Quo Vadis.

As well as classic Italian cocktails, the menu that Max has curated especially for this bar includes some unusual and exciting drinks, such as the ‘Salvi’s Empire’ (Aperol, Campari, red martini, passion fruit, pineapple juice) and the ‘Pina Colada Salvi’s Gold Edition’ (Malibu, Frangelico, pineapple juice, coconut).

Guests can expect Salvi’s usual stunning range of Italian fine wines, as well as beers, coffees and, of course, prosecco!

Nibbles from Salvi’s deli situated just a stone’s throw away in the Corn Exchange, will also be available, including their famous Buffalo Mozzarella.

Salvi’s is famous for importing fine, Italian ingredients from their specialist producers in Italy each week, using only the best quality, authentic produce in their kitchens and to stock their deli. Guests can wander over to the deli and restaurant post-drink for the full Neapolitan experience!

Terrazza Bar is now open and will be serving from 10:30am-10:30pm, Sunday-Thursday and 10:30am-11:30pm Friday-Saturday.
