Gino D’Acampo, the UK’s favourite Italian chef, has opened his latest Prosecco Bar in Manchester, just in time for Spring.
The opening comes hot on the heels of his first Prosecco Bar launch in Leeds just before Christmas, which has been a huge success.
My Prosecco Bar Manchester showcases an all-Italian list of more than 40 Proseccos, sparkling wines and regional wines, all available by the glass. So whether your Prosecco preference is for the ‘frizzante’, semi-sparkling, kind, or the full-on fizz of the ‘spumante’, your taste buds are catered for.
The wine list is complemented by a range of classic Italian cocktails, including seasonal Bellinis which boast an array of decadent flavours such as; lychee, pink guava, pomegranate and rose. There are also specially selected artisan Italian beers and last but not least, great Neapolitan coffee.
Gino said: “When I am back home in Italy I love visiting cool bars for ‘aperitivo’, a traditional Italian pre-dinner drink with friends. I love it.”

Throughout March Thursdays are the new Friday at Gino D’Acampo My Restaurant! To celebrate the launch of My Prosecco Bar Gino is inviting guests to visit the restaurant between 4pm til 6.30pm, every Thursday throughout the month, to sample a range of Cicchetti and enjoy a glass of Prosecco on him.
Gino is even planning to celebrate the opening of his new bar in person later in March, so watch this space!
