A ONE OF A KIND COFFEE COCKTAIL BAR LAUNCHES AT THE TRIANGLE
THE UK’S only coffee cocktail bar comes to Manchester at The Triangle Shopping Centre, only the second store to be launched in the country.
Offering over 150 drinks inspired by the travelling experiences of the founder, Sophie Highfield, Café Blend offers authentic flavours and coffee recipes from across the globe.
Their Coffee Martinis have been designed around all the beautiful places of the world and feature signature concoctions such as the Espresso Martini, profiling double espresso and vodka, and the Los Altos which profiles Kahlua Coffee liqueur, tequila and fruit juices.
Each drink served at Café Blend represents a country and a new caffe culture that is unique, exotic and adventurous. Incorporating a serene atmosphere and a sanctuary far from the daily grind, Café Blend offers a unique coffee drinking experience.
Sophie Highfield, Founder of Café Blend said: “I am delighted that I am able to bring this unique offering to Manchester. I chose Manchester as my second destination because it’s such a vibrant and cosmopolitan city.

The Triangle Shopping Centre is conveniently located next to the Wheel of Manchester in Exchange Square, just two minutes from Victoria Station.
