Everyone loves Fish & Chips – it’s a British classic and quite possibly one of the greatest meals of all time. Of course, there’s some serious competition from the Full English Brekkie and the Roast Dinner – but for sheer nostalgia and taste – Fish & Chips is rarely surpassed.

Upholding its reputation for their deliciously fresh seafood for years, the team at Randall & Aubin share a passion for quality, locally sourced ingredients, and as a result they’ve put their heads together to bring Manchester some unique Fish & Chips SPECIALS over the next 6 weeks.

Owner (and top chef) Ed Baines has got together with Head Chef Rory Lumsden to bring us 4 different and exciting takes on the traditional Fish & Chips – starting with a Wobbly Bob Ale Battered Haddock – available until Sunday 26th January for just £10!

Wobbly Bob Ale is an award-winning malty, fruity ale made just up the road in Heywood. Always ones to champion sustainability, Randall & Aubin ensure that every ingredient is sourced withing a 40 mile radius of the restaurant (within reason) and this is no different – using this exceptional local ale to make a crisp and fluffy batter for their Fleetwood haddock.

The Battered Haddock comes served with a battered gherkin, hand cut chips and coleslaw – truly a meal fit for a king (or queen)! And for only a tenner – it’s WIN WIN!

There are (of course) a whole host of other specials on their way after this one – but if you’ve got your head screwed on you’ll head on down to Randall & Aubin as soon as you can to try this masterpiece –  before it’s too late.
