BemBom is a new product that is now available on the market. It is a light, sugar cane rum from Brazil handmade in the state of Minas Gerais. Unlike a lot of rums, BemBom has some real character and flavour and can be enjoyed with simple mixers like apple juice or cola. Light in colour, but rich in taste, BemBom has delicate notes of vanilla, banana and a subtle pepper spice.
The product is inspired by ‘boa vibe’, or the good feeling they get when listening to great music and somehow the beat gets better after a shot or two of rum. The bottle is designed to reflect this Brazilian love of music with vinyl designs- and the company is adamant on bringing the vinyl back into fashion.
The launch of this product will kick off at Sandinista on Thursday 7th June and will include a vinyl social to encourage people to bring their own records to play and share over a few glasses of this delicious rum. It can be your favourite album, your guilty pleasure or the cheesiest song that just makes you dance- just bring it down with you, and they will give it a spin.
BemBom will provide their very own pop-up bar as well as a bespoke cocktail menu made by Sandinista and some Brazilian inspired tapas dishes to compliment your delicious beverages.
Kicking off from 7 pm, Sandinista will be throwing out FREE drinks for the first 30 people through the door. One of their resident DJ’s spinning the decks from 9 pm, we all know that music is the soundtrack of life & keeping in with the theme of this event we want you to bring your vinyls from your collection to play on the night. Come and put your musical mark on this celebration.
