Brasserie Abode launches details of their festive December menu

It’s finally happening – your first mention of Christmas is here, and thus begins the official countdown to the festive period!

Brasserie Abode is obviously just as excited as we are, and just in case you don’t believe me, let me tell you that they have already released details of their extra special Christmas menu and are taking bookings for December.

But do not worry, they also know that there has to be a balance between enjoying the festive period and watching the pennies. Running from 1st– 23rd December, this menu will cost you just £20 at lunchtime and £25 at dinner for three sumptuous courses.

So, the question on everyone’s lips- what’s on the menu?

Expect starters like Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Goat’s curd and hazelnuts, Salt Baked Beetroot or even the sumptuous Smoked Salmon Scotch Egg.

It wouldn’t be Christmas without a plate piled high with Turkey and all the trimmings so you can certainly expect that from the mains. Joining the traditional roast will be the likes of Puy Lentil Shepherd’s Pie, Smoked Haddock with Mustard Sauce and a soft poached egg and finally their classic Beef Bourguignon.

Puds will see a Sherry Trifle (which is a Boxing Day classic in the Tighe household), a coffee-infused chocolate pot and of course, a classic Christmas pudding with cognac custard.

Brasserie Abode have more treats than Santa’s sleigh – delicious food overflowing with all the trimmings, handcrafted cocktails, wines from around the world and an exclusive mix of music to get the party started!

Start the season as you mean to go on – with mouth-watering menus and great wines at the most stylish scene in town.
