This exclusive event will take place in the private dining room, and includes a range of unique wines expertly paired with canapés and a four-course dinner.
The evening will start at 7:15pm in the library for drinks and canapés, followed by dinner at 8:00pm in the private dining room, and here’s what you can expect.
Canapés. Saint-Péray, La Muse de Wagner 2012 – traditional method sparkling wine made with 100% Marsanne grapes
Scottish Salmon, with Watercress velouté, and Clam Chowder which will be paired with a lovely Saint-Péray, La Muse de Wagner 2012 – a traditional method sparkling wine made with 100% Marsanne grapes.
Rump of Cheshire Farm Lamb, caramelized chicken liver, smoked aubergine, mint jelly, compressed cucumber Hermitage, Monier de la Sizeranne (Biodynamic) 2012 – deep garnet red, with purplish lights made with 100% Syrah grapes.
Peanut butter parfait, 63% Michel Cluziel Chocolate, Salted Caramel Banyuls, 2015 – 100% Grenache Noir offering a hint of black fruits and cocoa aromas.
Selection of Regional Cheese, Fruit Preserve, Water Biscuit and Celery. Hermitage Chante-Alouette 2015,100% Marsanne Grapes
Crozes-Hermitage, Les Meysonniers (Biodynamic) 2016 – an intense red.
