From 7pm there will be a beer tasting masterclass informing exactly how Brooklyn beer is made. This will be in Cane & Grain’s hidden bar – Science and Industry. There will be four beers available on tap and more in bottles, to taste from the Brooklyn range; each beer will be paired with dishes, which would be seen as being the perfect foodie match. These dishes will be carefully selected by chefs at Cane & Grain to complement each of the styles of beer on offer during the tasting.
At 9pm the evening will then venture down to Cane and Grain’s Tap Room, whilst enjoying live music, guests will also be able to try more of the Brooklyn brewery range. All of the taps will be serving the New York golden brew, including Summer Ale, Scorcher IPA, Brown Ale, the well-loved Brooklyn Lager and plenty more from New York’s favourite brewery.
To end the evening there will be a ‘spin the wheel’ game giving guests the chance to win some cool Brooklyn Beers Merchandise. This is a ticketed event, tickets will be free guests must register and RSVP only for that evening if they want to do the tasting, the take-over in Cane and Grain is open to everyone.
