The Northern Quarter’s finest drinking establishment is to host seasonal celebrations that will have you feasting and partying until the New Year.
Discover all the curious happenings at The Blue Pig for a wonderfully wintery December, packed full of festive fayre, drinking indulgence and live music Fridays and Sundays – including a host exciting unsigned acts, plus DJ residencies from the fantastic So Flute and Generic Greeting Collective.
Christmas Dinner – Available from 25th November
Now taking bookings for Christmas parties, the Christmas menu will be available from 25th November, presenting a feast of traditional dishes with a typically Blue Pig twist and all the trimmings. Choose from two courses at £19.95 or three courses for a delectable £23.95.

Trip Down Gin Lane – Wednesday 4th December 2013
Gin Gin Gin! On Wednesday 4th December take a trip down Gin Lane and explore the marvellous world of the nation’s favourite botanical spirit. Gin lovers will be introduced to a selection of six premium gins including Brockmans, Bulldog, Sloanes, Sacred, Hayman and King Of Hoxton on the evening accompanied by delicious treats from The Blue Pig deli. Enjoy a classic G&T followed by a hot spiced Gin cocktail, followed by some classic combinations and learn about their historical significance.

The Pig Christmas Tipple – Wednesday 18th December
It’s the Pig’s Christmas party, so the bar is having an all-out celebration. Everyone is invited and attendees should dress up suitably in festive attire – the best outfits will be rewarded with an extra special Christmassy treat.
Guests can tuck in to mince pies and other goodies, washed down with brandy cocktails whilst enjoying live music by the fantastic Suburban Sons, who will perform a range of alternative Christmas classics.
The Drinks Enthusiast will also be hosting a session on traditional Christmas tipples. For £12 you can enjoy a glass of sherry on arrival and then be guided through a variety of well-known spirits including Remy Martin, Courvoisier, and other giants of the brandy world – uncover which one will work best for your Christmas pud! To finish off there will be a festive Blue Pig cocktail, while the party continues with further live music and a DJ in to the night.
