Dishes include the indulgent wagyu beef tasting platter which includes rump steak, tskune (meatballs) and brisket bao. Carnivores can toss up between the former and whole roasted lamb shoulder with chilli and yuzu. That’s got to be a tough decision.
And, don’t you worry fish lovers, Cottonopolis haven’t forgotten about you. Chow down on the famous sushi and sashimi platter which includes king crab, unagi, prawn, tuna, salmon and bass. There is also a whole Shoyu cod and Arctic crab nori tacos which are out of this world.
