Shake Your Own Cocktails at Southern Eleven
Authentic BBQ restaurant, Southern Eleven has brought another first to city centre diners, with its ‘Shake your own Cocktail’ range. The bartender supplies the ingredients, a mini cocktail shaker, ice and the appropriate glass for the customer to mix, shake and then enjoy.
Cocktails in the ‘Shake your own’ range include:
Violet Flight – An interesting combination of violets, Finlandia Cranberry, violet liqueur and cranberry and finished with an edible flower.
Southern Belle – A flirty blend of Southern Comfort, peach schnapps, passion fruit, lychee and Cointreau.
Del Sur 11 – A skinny margarita, Tequila, apple, passion fruit and to sweeten sugar-free agave syrup.
Berried Daq’ – A fruity mix of strawberries, blackberries, vanilla, Bacardi, Chambord and finished with cranberry.
Shake Hat best online casino ‘n’ Roll – A classic Manhattan twisted with a blend of Jim Beam Red Stag cherry infused bourbon, vermouth and our very own Southern 11 smoked syrup.
Southern Eleven also has a ‘Create your own Cocktail’ range for those customers who are feeling a bit more imaginative. The customer can pick a base spirit, liqueur, juice and piece of fruit to produce their own signature drink. Visitors to the restaurant can also join in the 60-minute sip down and enjoy 2-4-1 drinks on selected cocktails, wines and beers every day between 5.30pm – 7pm.
Southern Eleven offers a new style American dining experience. Maintaining authentic cooking techniques to create contemporary Southern dishes. The restaurant cooks the majority of its meat in wood burning ovens directly imported from Oklahoma in the USA, which allows the meat to be cooked for up to 20 hours to create a delicious smoky BBQ infused flavour.
