Not content with serving up mental cocktails at two locations in the city centre, Alchemist Bar & Restaurant will open at MediaCityUK at the beginning of September.
Conveniently located between The Lowry Theatre and MediaCityUK, the project is ambitious – costing £1.2m and aiming to bring up to 60 to the area. The development will have its own distinctive identity, making a statement with eye-catching interior design to create something special, reflective of the energetic and creative environment in which it is located.
Open all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, punters will be familiar with the carefully crafted drinks menu – ensuring a cocktail selection that is second to none. There’ll be classics such as the Smokey Old Fashioned, as well as new additions such as the Battenberg.
The Alchemist will be housed in a landmark, futuristic building which includes bold and modernist features. The bar wraps around from the interior to the enclosed outdoor terrace which will be ideal for al fresco drinking and dining, offering sweeping views of the water and the surrounding area.
