Last night Manchester’s favourite winter bar hosted a Movember party offering a free shave at the City Gent shave station and a free drink to celebrate your shave.
Dozens of Mancunian men queued to have their moustaches removed in style.

Jon Drape for the North Pole bar comments: “Movember and the men’s health charities it represents is an amazing idea. Here at Ear to the Ground the entire office took part which is one of the reasons we decided to host the party at the North Pole bar. Dozens of very impressive moustaches were removed, and many men were accompanied by enthusiastic wives and girlfriends who thought the shave station was a brilliant idea!”
