Get ready for a hearty dose of merry-making and feasting ‘til the wee hours – Randall & Aubin have teamed up with Copper Dog whisky to bring you a Burns Night Supper that’s guaranteed to add some excitement to those dull January days.

To celebrate the birthday of Scotland’s beloved poet Robert Burns, on January 25th, Randall & Aubin on Bridge Street, Manchester will be serving a delicious multi-course menu. Dishes include a salad of warm Arbroath smokie with quail’s eggs to start, Halibut with braised red cabbage, clapshot and crispy haggis (of course) for the main event, and that Scottish classic of Cranachan with raspberries and toasted oats for dessert.

There will also be a selection of Scottish cheeses to finish, and the party will begin with an exclusive Copperdog Whisky cocktail. If you’ve yet to hear about Copperdog, it’s a blended Scotch whisky with delicious flavours of soft fruits, toffee apple, honey and spice. And, in extra celebration of its origins in Speyside, they’ve got a special surprise for one of the Randall & Aubin Burns Night dinners.

What’s more is that one lucky reveller will win a two-night stay for themselves and a guest at the charming Craigellachie Hotel in the picturesque town of Craigellachie in Speyside, including breakfast and meals during their stay. This upmarket hotel, built in 1893, even has a bar with a collection of more than 700 bottles of whisky, so your education of the amber spirit can continue.

Tickets for the event cost £40 per head (£45 including cheese course) and can be purchased using the button below. Keep an eye on Randall & Aubin’s twitter @randallaubinMCR and Facebook for a chance to win personalised bottles of Copperdog whisky throughout January.
