Million Pound Menu is Back in Manchester This Week!

Are you a foodie who is always searching for something new? Or are you one of those people who has always wanted to be on the telly? Well, do we have just the thing for you…

The BBC programme Million Pound Menu is back in Manchester for a couple of weeks starting  Sunday 7th October with six pop-up restaurants for you to try.

In case you didn’t catch the show earlier this year, Million Pound Menu hand picks six street-food concepts and gives them the opportunity to set up a pop-up right in the heart of Manchester for one lunch service and one dinner service.

The pop-ups will battle it out in the kitchen to win the hearts of the public and finally the investors who can make the vendors dreams a reality as the final prize- think Dragon’s Den meets MasterChef.

As for this year’s vendors, are we in for a treat. We’ve got Baba G’s serving up Indo-Fusion with their signature Bhangra Burgers, BBQ Dreamz grilled meats with a Filipino twist and Devi’s and their Indian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean veggie offerings.

We also have Coracle– a modern British seasonally inspired concept which celebrates our native food heritage from our rocky shores. Finally we will have Tiger Bites Asian Fusion (expect lots of delicious Bao buns) and Pilgrim and their tapas style food inspired by Portugal, Spain and France.

Each vendor will be popping up in the Corn Exchange for one lunch service and one dinner service only. These are available for you to book online- but time is of the essence because spaces are selling quick. You can find the booking links and full dates and times here.

Also note that 50% is given on all evening bookings, and 15% for students on all lunch bookings.
