Diners will be able to choose from delicious small plates including chilli salt baby squid, beef satay or salt and pepper aubergine, followed by a main dish served with either steamed rice or noodles from a selection including Kung Po chicken, crispy shredded chilli beef or sweet and sour pork. The menu concludes with a choice of three indulgent desserts – yin and yang, banana fritter or fortune cookies and cream.

Taste of Tattu aims to deliver all the quality and creativity of Tattu’s à la carte menu, for guests looking for a quick lunch stop, a bite to eat before an evening out, or a weekend treat accompanied by one of Tattu’s newest cocktails.

Executive chef, Clifton Muil, said: “This latest menu is one we’re really proud of and have worked extremely hard to develop. The team has created a selection of new dishes for both the à la carte and Taste of Tattu menus that celebrate traditional Chinese flavours, capturing them in the unique and contemporary style that we have become known for in Manchester. This menu will also launch at our second venue in Leeds later this spring, and we’re confident that guests will enjoy the new offering along with addition of seasonal specials we will be bringing to guests each week.”

Taste of Tattu will be available alongside the new à la carte menu at lunchtimes from 12 – 3pm and early evening from 5 – 6pm Monday to Thursday, as well as from 12 – 5pm Friday to Sunday, from Tuesday 4th April.
