At The Spice Club’s Indian Street Food Pop Up, Monica and her mother will be serving her gourmet take on delicious, mouth watering, popular Indian street food snacks which are traditionally sold on the road sides in India. These freshly prepared, home-cooked, exciting street food creations will be exceptionally crafted using the incredible gamut of tastes presented in Indian cuisine, (Monica has explored this subject on her blog ‘Spice Diary.com’ where she has interviewed some of the top Indian chefs in the world including Michelin Starred Atul Kochhar).

To set the scene, The Spice Club will be serving their Street Food menu from a beautiful, Maharaja style tent hosted by “Raj Tent Club”, stockists of exotic range of Indian handmade canopies, pavilions and luxury wedding tents which are available for hire.

…through pop-up restaurants, we will be able to deliver consistently innovative spaces, varying menus and unique experiences which are right for the time, place and the palette of our guests. We’re really excited!

Monica’s love for food has shone through her ever popular, fully booked supper clubs and was recently nominated as “Food Pioneer” in the prestigious Manchester 2012 Food & Drink Awards.
“Our supper club gives guests the opportunity to experience Indian food as it should be, a really diverse range of freshly prepared dishes,” says Monica. Monica’s passion for food also comes through in her reviews with guests citing, “More than great-spectacular. Must be the best Indian food ever” and “Fabulous food, not available anywhere in the North West. Wonderful hosts….”

We’re really excited!”
