Mr Cooper’s House & Garden, Simon Rogan’s two rosette restaurant, is the exciting venue for an exclusive cocktail-paired dinner in association with Star of Bombay, the super-premium expression of Bombay Sapphire.
The pairing dinner will be hosted in Mr Cooper’s secluded dining area and will feature a five-course extravaganza, presenting innovative dishes which artfully capture the subtlety and surprises of Simon Rogan’s cooking.
The evening will be hosted by Mr Cooper’s Bar Manager Shane Kilgarriff, who will present bespoke cocktails created to match each of the courses.
