Thursday 16th August will see a one of a king event taking place at the Instituto Cervantes just off Deansgate. La Bandera has teamed up with award-winning chef Sergio Escudero who will be hand-carving a leg of Jamon Iberico live on stage- with plenty of tasters to go around.

Jamon Iberico is a cured ham product that comes from Spain. It is made from Black Iberian pigs from southern Spain where the product gets its name. Jamon Iberico has air-dried and sliced incredibly thinly which takes a sharp knife and a huge amount of skill. This ham makes the perfect tapa to pair a few glasses of wine.

La Bandera will also be providing some delicious Spanish wines to match with the Jamon Iberico. You will be joined by other Jamón lovers, professionals from all sectors and Spanish teachers from the Instituto, while enjoying a glass or two of wine.

This event is perfect for a little work networking- the relaxed Spanish way with plenty of wine in hand.

Tickets cost £20 which can be bought be the link below.
