Guests will experience a six-course tasting menu paired with two cocktails, comprising six exclusive dishes not available on any other menu at Tattu, created by head chef Jon Green, featuring the ingredients and traditional cooking methods found in this cosmopolitan city.

Shanghai boasts one of China’s best and most distinctive cuisines. Influenced by its position just south of the Yangtze River and at the mouth of the Huangpu River, the region is known for its stunning varieties of dim sum, freshwater fish and shellfish. Dishes from this area are delicately seasoned, allowing the full flavours of the fresh water produce to shine. Head chef Jon Green has used this influence in the menu with a signature Shanghai dumpling and the Sea bass with pickled salad.

Shanghai’s population is also known for having a bit of a sweet tooth – more sugar is used in Shanghai than in any other part of China. We’re sure they’ll approve of Tattu’s sweet dark chocolate Wontons for dessert, served with moreish strawberry, banana and caramel dipping sauces.
