Wilderness Bar & Kitchen are throwing a free local produce cocktail event tomorrow evening where Ketel One Vodka have challenged head bar tender Adam to create a unique one-off cocktail menu that utilises produce from local Manchester suppliers.

Drinks include ‘Overbrew’ which uses Earl Grey from Chorlton’s Bohea Teas, ‘Appletini’ formed by cider from The Moss Cider Project and ‘Dry Hopped Highball’ using honey from the bees at Manchester Cathedral!
