Get your mojitos at the ready and pop on your dancing shoes; the team behind renowned Cuban street food concept, FINCA, has announced that it will be finishing its short-term Manchester residency on Sunday 26th August with a full Cuban party takeover of the whole Artisan restaurant.

Having taken Manchester’s food and drink scene by storm over the past two months serving from Artisan’s downstairs cafe, FINCA will actually be serving up its famous Cuban inspired dishes and cocktails across both floors on its final day to a soundtrack of Latin beats.

The leaving party will mean FINCA which starred on Million Pound Menu, the BBC and Netflix food show, and received an investment offer from Living Ventures’ Co-Founder, Jeremy Roberts, has gone from operating from a small shack in Liverpool to taking over one of the biggest restaurants in Manchester in just three months.

Bringing the party atmosphere on the day will be renowned Liverpool DJs Melodic Distraction who will be spinning Latin-inspired records from 3 pm right through until the early hours in FINCA’s downstairs restaurant.

The entertainment doesn’t stop there; partygoers will be able to learn the history of the famous Cuban mojito with a masterclass by one of Artisan’s expert bartenders during the day and a live Latin band will be performing upstairs in Artisan’s bar with salsa dancers also getting guests into the swing of things.

FINCA’s Cuban takeover takes place on Sunday 26 August – with DJs and entertainment from 3pm.
