On Tuesday 29th January, YES just off Oxford Road will host their first supper club cooked by the wonderful Kate Bielich (aka Munch Food Journal).
Kate is an Edinburgh based blogger and recipe writer who focuses on healthy and delicious recipes that are kind on the old wallet. Yes is excited to welcome Kate to their first dinner party and we cannot wait to see what she has in store for us.
There will be 3 courses, plus a wonderful range of wine, beer and spirits will be available to buy from the bar upstairs.
The menu is as follows:
Pearl Barley Risotto with Leeks and Chevre Goats Cheese
Oxtail OR Roasted Cauliflower with tamarind, Ancho Chilli and Fifty-Fifty Mash
Sweet Spice Cake with Ricotta Ice Cream
All profits will be donated to Manchester Women’s Aid, who provide vital support services to those suffering from domestic violence and abuse.
Through community outreach, group work sessions, children’s play, safe homes and educational resources our aim is to create a world where domestic abuse survivors can live fear free.
