The NQ Dive Bar that’s now serving up some of the city’s best Sushi!

It's the last place you'd expect to find some of the city's most authentic Japanese dishes...

Famed for their huge meaty burgers, creamy mac & cheese, fiery chicken wings and loaded fries, Dive NQ was always a safe spot to go for some serious comfort food – all enjoyed alongside a few cold fizzy lagers while watching a bit of sport on the big screens.

Well, recent times have seen some significant changes as Dive welcomed Asian street food pop-up Zumu into their kitchen, offering up a range of authentic Japanese delights that will transport you to the streets of Tokyo in no time.

The Zumu team have come all the way from their successful restaurants in Wilmslow and Hale and have designed a special menu just for the Northern Quarter.

As such you’ll find a selection of Small Plates, Bao Buns, Sushi, Meat Sticks and more – as well as huge platters so you can have a little taste of everything.

There’s a wide selection of Sushi and raw fish available on the menu, including Sashimi, Nigiri, Beef, Tuna & Salmon Tataki and even some brilliant Sushi Tacos.

They also offer a diverse range of Sushi Rolls that include the likes of Prawn Katsu, Seared Salmon and a super-special ‘NQ Roll‘ which comes stuffed with Prawn Tempura, avocado, seared beef, chilli and truffle mayo.

As well as the sushi you can also tuck into a range of gyoza, with chicken, duck and veggie options on the table. There’s also some signature chicken wings (try the Dynamite ones!), salt and pepper chips, edamame beans and even a banging Pad Thai to tuck into.

There’s something for everyone, even if you aren’t typically that keen on Asian food – you’ll find something to enjoy. What’s more – Dive are currently offering 25% OFF your food bill when you dine in.
