To celebrate Mama Pacha and her arrival at Sandinista, they’re celebrating on the 15th of November – where you will enjoy the true taste of Peru.

Last year, Sandinista were inspired by their Head Chef Jose Wong, who originates from Peru and decided to put on a Pisco Cocktail & Peruvian dining event.

Fast-forward to now, where Sandinista have thrown themselves into the pop-up of Mama Pacha – but they are wanting to re-create that first evening where it all started.

Sandinista has teamed up with Barsol Pisco. Pisco is the national spirit of Peru and the brand representative will be there to talk you through the amazing cocktails and the spirit’s heritage. Alongside this, you will also Enjoy 5-amazing courses for only £30 per head.

So, what will you get?

Enjoy an amuse bouche on arrival, The Barsol Spritz which combinesBarsol Selecta Italia, Cocchi Americano, Ginger Ale & Bitters. This will be paired with Cancha, salted Andean giant corn- a perfect little nibble to get your evening started.

Your first course will be Wild Seabass Ceviche, Peruvian Limo chilli, sweet potato, ginger, coriander, lime juice, Chulpi corn, red onion. The ceviche dish is a part of Peru’s national heritage, so there was no way they weren’t going to have it on the menu.

This is perfectly paired with your second drink of the evening, The Travelling Sour with Barsol Pisco Quebranta, peach liqueur, lime husk cordial, aquafaba and frozen raspberry powder.

The next cocktail up is the Chicha Flip, Barsol Selecta Acholado, corn syrup, egg, banana liqueur, cinnamon paired with a traditional Peruvian Prawn Chowder with rice, potatoes, feta and quail eggs.
