On Tuesday 14th February, romance will certainly be in the air in the surroundings of Tattu’s beautiful restaurant and Rose Garden.

Executive chef Clifton Muil and his team have designed a special main course designed for two to enjoy together as a sharing experience.

Tu Shui Huo is inspired by the Earth, Water, and Fire signs of the Chinese zodiac. Featuring Aberdeen Angus ribeye, half Canadian lobster, Szechuan sauce, samphire, pickled chanterelles, truffle, and a porcini teriyaki, served with Chinese noodles. Priced £55 for two.

A sharing cocktail – ‘Til Death do us Part – will also be available for guests. A unique serve designed to represent the harmony and balance of a relationship, with delicate layers of flavour, presented in Tattu’s signature skull decanter for two.

To book your table, please call the reservations team on 0161 819 2060.
