Aiden’s bespoke Restaurant at the End of the Universe is located beneath the MKII radio telescope affording incredible views of Brian Eno’s Lovell Telescope installation.

The genius behind Manchester House and The Church Green in Lymm, Aiden and his crew of culinary rocketeers are on a mission to deliver a stratospheric seven-course menu designed especially for the festival.

Inspired by intergalactic travel and exploration, the chef has taken his cues from astronomy, the cosmos and futurism. The galactic banquet menu features some of earth’s most luxurious ingredients as well as molecular interventions taken directly from the universe.

These banquets will be held on Friday evening and Saturday lunch and dinnertime and will see gastronauts dine in a specially commissioned pop-up restaurant in the shadow of the iconic Lovell Telescope.
