With its summer salads, cocktails and brand new ice cream, there’s no better place to be! Vapiano is set to cool Manchester down this summer as it launches its very own homemade ice cream range.
With authentic flavours including Strawberry, Dark Chocolate, Cookies and Cream and Green Tea with Coconut Fudge, plus a raspberry sorbet and lemon sorbet, the Italian casual dining restaurant will be out to delight customers from Friday 22nd July.
The 390 cover restaurant, based in the newly refurbished Corn Exchange, also boasts a healthy yet tasty menu for those hotter days, with its signature salads including the Strawberry Spinach Salad, made with fresh spinach, strawberries, goat’s cheese, red onions, pine nuts and homemade raspberry maple dressing! Or, if guests need a bit of protein in your diet, the Reef n Beef Salad boasts grilled fillet of beef and king prawns with grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, mixed leaves and Grana Padano D.O.P.
Whether it’s pasta, pizza or salad, all dishes are homemade from scratch, so dinners can watch it be created in front of their eyes as they choose from the fresh, quality ingredients on offer, plus they can adapt dishes however they please to suit their own taste or diet!
And the summer fun doesn’t stop there with its newly-launched cocktail menu boasting a happy hour 4pm until 7pm every Monday to Friday!
The menu includes its own premium twist on the classic Aperol Spritz, “The Vapiano Spritz”, with added gin and rhubarb syrup, plus much-loved favourites such as Long Island Ice Tea, Gin Bramble, Dark and Stormy, Classic Mojito and the Strawberry Bellini.
Prices start at just £4.50, and with its Italian classic Aperol Spritz on the menu for just £4.95 and included in the special offer, it promises to be a very, very happy hour!
PLUS, its outside terrace with extra comfy, cushioned seating makes the perfect spot for enjoying lunch, a cocktail, or even an ice cream in the glorious British sunshine.
