From the designer of the Natural History Museum Alfred Waterhouse, guests will step through the arching gothic doors of this Grade II listed former town hall and across dark wooden floors to enter the expansive ethereal world of Victorian Professor Emily B. Kingsley; expert in the study of butterflies. Intricate wallpapers with scenes of nature and Lepidoptera, meet hanging floral arrangments and vintage pendant lights to create a sense of mystery in this elaborate drinking den and restaurant.

Infused spirits and homemade concoctions will make up the carefully crafted cocktail list. A collection of tipples will include the signature ‘Lost’ cocktails, celebrating twists on forgotten drinks of the past such as The Port of Amsterdam reminiscent of the classic Negroni cocktail, as well as ‘Found’ cocktails, all created by our talented bar team.
