With that in mind, it is safe to say that the Peter Street establishment has been providing just that for a number of years. Think freshly prepared sushi, Pan Asian tapas, seafood specials all served and savoured in plush modern surroundings and paired with

Nothing on the menu does this practice of Sakana justice better than the sharing platter. The dish is for a minimum of two people and comes in at £9pp- it really is the perfect thing to pick at over a few drinks. It consists of all sorts of delicious morsels. Chicken wings and chicken skewers will be there, as well as grilled asparagus (topped with delicious crispy onions) and veggie spring rolls. The Kataifi Prawns with spicy mayo are always a winner for me, I dare you to try and share them with me.

For me, nothing goes with this platter more than a few cocktails and good conversation. Luckily, Sakana has a cracking cocktail menu and a 2-4-1 Happy Hour every day. Sign me up.
