There is something for everyone this week at The Bay Horse, whether it’s the Tuesday night quiz with your mates, bottomless brunch with the misses or 50% off food, every day there’s something going on…

50% Off Food on Monday
You can bag yourself some of The Bay Horse’s excellent pub grub at a sweet half-price ALL DAY on Mondays. The menu of comforting pub-grub at its very best includes some absolute classics such as the Fish & Chips (served with your choice of curry sauce or mushy peas), the 8oz Rib-Eye Steak with thrice cooked-chips mushroom, tomato and garlic butter and the naughty Gammon & EggWhat’s more is this food is going to taste that little bit sweeter knowing it comes in at half price, and just when you thought that was enough, buy two large glasses of wine and get the rest of the bottle on them! So, get yourselves down and cheer up your gloomy Monday!

Pub Quiz on Tuesday
The Tuesday night pub quiz at the Bay Horse consists of some proper hard questions, cracking prizes and a host with more charisma than Barrymore, Monkhouse and Forsyth put together. It’s a proper good laugh so grab your mates and get a table and don’t worry, there are prizes flying around all over the place so if you don’t win the £50 first prize, you can still enjoy 2-4-1 drinks and bottles of plonk instead which, to be honest, is a better deal.

Cheap Pints & Sandwiches on Wednesday
Does anyone else spend half their week dreaming about the Chicken and Chestnut Stuffing Sandwich? Yeah me too. Well now thanks to the generous gang at the Bay Horse, you can grab a pint on a Wednesday and you’ll get a sandwich for just a fiver! These beauties are massive too – certainly enough to keep hunger locked up until you get home and have your tea.

If that’s not enough to get you through the day, from 5pm you can also grab two cocktails for £10 – what an absolute bargain!

Open Mic, Cheap Pies & Gin on Thursday
Thursday night is when it’s all kicks off – with a multitude of exciting happenings at the Bay Horse – certainly enough to keep you smiling until the early hours. First of all you can start your night with a nice refreshing pint, wherein you can then get any pie and chips to go with it for just £6.

This will be followed by Izzie Walsh’s Open Mic Night in the basement from 8pm so if you’re up for a sing-along and a good laugh get on it with one of the best open mic compères in town (who also has a stunning voice herself.)

Finish off the evening the best way possible with a couple of Double Gin & Tonics for only £5 from 10pm. I think I’ll see you there!

£5 Old Fashioned & Negronis + Cheap Gin on Friday
I’m sure I’m not the only one who rushes straight to the pub as soon as the clock strikes 5 on a Friday, and at the Bay Horse you can enjoy some lovely Old Fashioneds and Negronis for only £6, and then Double Gin & Tonics again for only £5 from 10pm. It looks like Bay Horse is the best place to start your weekend (and end it too!)

Bottomless Brunch & Cheap Fizz on Saturday
Start your weekend the right way with the brilliant Bottomless Brunch from 11am.  The bottomless offer gives you the choice of one of the dishes from their menu, plus endless drinks for only £27.50pp. They’ve got all of your breakfast favourites including their excellent Full English Brekkie that’s certainly good enough to write home about. Partnered with a glass of your favourite tipple, they offer Prosecco, Bloody Mary, Irish Coffee, Mimosa, House Wine, Bottled Beer or Hot & Cold Soft Drinks.

Once you’ve finished your brunch, you can continue the fizz-antics with a brilliant £10 off all bottles of fizz, alongside DJ Pasta Paul on music duties, spinning vinyl’s down in the snug and the now obligatory £5 Double Gin & Tonics from 10pm.

Bottomless Brunch, Sunday Lunch & more on Sunday
There is never usually much to do on a Sunday apart from eating too much and drinking too much so if you find yourself in the Bay Horse, that is exactly what you can expect.

Their brilliant Bottomless Brunch will help you get over your hangover and is served from 11am – 3pm. Also in the food stakes, their full Sunday Roast is available from 11am right through till 9pm where you can choose from  Chicken or Beef Sirloin with all the trimmings or a Mushroom Wellington for veggies.

On top of this you can also bag yourself either a Bloody Mary or any Irish Coffee for £5 whilst listening to the chilled Acoustic live music that they put on throughout the day. What a way to end the week!
