We three-the Ottömen, ChouChoux Patisserie and Porter + Cole invite you to enjoy our Supper Club experience on Friday 6th April.
Bringing together three exciting Manchester creatives to take you on a taste adventure of culinary delights, in the comfort and ambient surroundings of style and design at one of the NQ’s trendiest hot-spots.
Things will kick off with a welcome cocktail specially designed by the trio of hosts to wet the palate and set us up for an evening of culinary exploration. We are told there will be a cleanser of iced rose infustion and a lychee sorbet between courses too.
For starters, we can expect mountain cheese foundue, Perde Pilabi (mini crusted pie from the Middle East with smoked almonds and confit vegetables) and a baba gonoush with warm fatteh.
The main offers you a choice of Lebanese roulade of lamb or a roulade of vegetables with potato kibbeh as well as a choice of two desserts- which we will leave as a surprise!
