Moving Mountains have created a plant-based meat, complete with a texture that is so akin to animal meat that apparently you can’t tell, so much so that it even ‘bleeds’.

Featuring on their la carte and vegan menu, the B12 Burger has taken a team of scientists, chefs and farmers over two years to perfect. And the result is a vegan burger that’s free from cholesterol, antibiotics and hormones, and contains 20g plant protein per serving.

The closest alternative to a meat burger in the UK, in look as well as flavour, the burger is an ideal alternative for flexitarians enjoying meat-free Mondays, as well as vegans, vegetarians and adventurous meat-eaters.

The Moving Mountains burger can be enjoyed as part of a new vegan dish created specially by their Head Chef, Matthew Horsfield, which includes cos lettuce, beef tomato, ginger mayonnaise, chimichurri, vegan cheese, courgette tempura and Asian slaw.

Find out more about the burger on the Moving Mountains website here.
