Manchester has an authentic taste of Italy with the launch of the first Mozzarella bar, Salvi’s Deli, which launches at the Triangle Shopping Centre on 9 December.

Serving authentic Italian produce and dishes, the family-run deli will offer city workers a genuine piece of Italy from freshly made antipasti platters to cooked-to-order hot pasta. Aswell as a large selection of products to purchase for consumption at home.

Salvi’s Deli will import their fine foods fresh from their Italian outlet in Milan and will serve up premium quality spirits and prosecco until the early hours of the evening with a 11pm licence in place, making it the ideal hub for a nightcap.

The Salvi Family from Salvi’s Deli said: “We are all very excited about the launch of our first UK based deli, especially with its unique offering. We have grown up in a family who are all passionate about food and we love that we can share our passion with others.

“Although we are from Italy, we are thrilled that we are able to bring a slice of our family history to such a vibrant and cosmopolitan city.”

The Triangle Shopping Centre is conveniently located next to the Wheel of Manchester in Exchange Square, just two minutes from Victoria Station.
