Brunch is now officially ‘a thing’. Whoever decided that they needed to have another meal between a bowl of Shreddies and a wafer-thin ham butty is clearly a hero.

Elnecot Bottomless Brunch
This Ancoats staple is a true wonder when it comes to their weekend brunch offering with some absolutely banging dishes on the menu. There’s their Shakshuka which is easily one of the best in the city, the stuffed Breakfast Sandwich, the classic Full English and my favourite – the Crispy Pork Belly which is world-class. With any one of these brunch dishes you can choose to have bottomless booze for 2 hours for just £26. The booze includes Prosecco (obviously), Lager and a selection of cocktails. Lovely stuff.

Not only does every group get given a bottle of Prosecco PER GUEST, but the team will keep the pizza paddles flowing til you’re filled. And, of course, a designated sesh on the dart boards. Banyan Spinningfields
There’s one very important thing to note about the brunch at Banyan, and that’s the fact that you get bottomless drinks TWICE. Let me explain. You choose a brunch dish, and then someone comes over with a bottle of Prosecco and fills your glass. THEN that same person takes your drinks order, where you can get cocktails (Aperol Spritz please) or beers. It great. The food is excellent too – exactly what you need when it’s your birthday or your mate has just got engaged or you’re just bored.
