Tariff & Dale opened its doors just over a year ago and quickly became a firm favourite in the city’s coolest neighbourhood – the British beers and classic cocktails, beautiful, seasonal dishes and sourdough pizzas all proving a hit with customers and press alike.

The restaurant was named by The Times in their 25 Coolest Restaurants in Britain 2015 and Tariff & Dale was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Manchester Food and Drink Festival Awards.

A year on and the kitchen team have given their winning formula a few tweaks to create a revitalised new menu.

Chef’s Plates
Seven brand new dishes are the centrepiece of the menu, all of which honour Tariff & Dale’s original principle of producing accessible, excellent food. This new collection of honest, modern-classic dishes is served 7 days a week alongside a daily changing special.

Let The Good Times Roll…
The city’s first sausage roll menu offers four bespoke, hand-made sausage rolls, each as dreamily delicious as the next (including a vegetarian option) with home made Curious Porter or Burnt Onion and ‘Nduja ketchups to accompany each.

Boards and Sourdough Pizzas
Tariff & Dale’s wood fired sourdough pizzas have become a signature element of the kitchen’s offering, and continue to play a starring role in the new menu. Their sharing boards are a firm favourite too, and made up of seasonal and local meats, fish and cheeses.

Salads and Nibbles
Some stellar salads and utterly addictive, hand-made nibbles have also been added to the menu to create a ‘start to finish’ dining experience for all occasions.

The common thread throughout is quality, craft and attention to detail.

The menu has been created in association with a variety of local suppliers including The Butchers Quarter, J & L Woods & Sons, Neves of Fleetwood, Amato and Oliver Kay.
