GRUB have announced their first ever full on GRUB FOOD FAIR which will be taking place in the brand new public square Sadler’s Yard. The event will feature a fantastic lineup of food and drink operators.

Street food comes from Diddakoi Travelling Bar (Mediterranean BBQ), Fritto (authentic Italian street food) and Rum Dogs (next level hot dogs and a side project of Hawksmoor Manchester Head Chef Liam Kirwin) whilst there will be other stalls covering amazing cakes, cold produce and fresh bread for taking home. As usual GRUB are working with partners Blackjack Beers to provide a craft ale bar heavily stocked with other local breweries such as Runaway Brewery & Marble Beers but for the first time there will also be a handmade soda bar supplied by Steep Soda Co. On top of that Grindsmith will be rolling their coffee trike down to the square to dish out beautiful artisan coffee.

In addition to an amazing food and drink lineup the event will also have plenty to do including live music (from The Easy Stride Band & The Happy Soul), DJs, carnival games, face painting as well as craft workshops organised by the team behind The Pilcrow Pub. Perhaps the biggest non food attraction is being one of the first visitors to this brand new public space built as part of the ongoing NOMA development.

The event will be free entry and will take place at Sadler’s Yard, Hanover Street, NOMA, Manchester. Further details of the event can be found at the Facebook event page below.

Jason Bailey, director of GRUB said “We’re so happy to be involved in the launch of this exciting new space and to be playing a part in building a community around the square. Not only that but to carry on bringing brand new food traders and our own slant on food events to Manchester is fantastic”
