Randall & Aubin are hosting a sumptuous five-course Venetian dinner with paired wines for one night only. The sensational menu will be cooked by celebrity chef and Randall & Aubin founder, Ed Baines.

Dishes include iced seafood soup, grilled octopus, pigeon breast Veneziana, pan-fried cod fillet and Castagnole, each paired with a delicious glass of wine.
The inspiration behind the Venetian Menu came from a combination of 3 things Ed loves – the finest seafood, exquisite wine and the pleasure of dressing up for a special occasion.
It is ironic, but the idea for a Venetian Dinner first came from a sunlit stroll along a canal in Manchester, and in a moment of daydreaming, Ed says he was taken back to a beautiful day in Venice, when a morning visit to the fish market was followed by an exceptional and memorable lunch.
With that lunch in mind, he’s recreated the menu for this special night at Randall & Aubin. With his many years of experience of cooking Michelin starred Italian food, Ed will be putting himself in to the thick of it to recreate those memorable tastes. The Manchester canals might not be quite the same as in Venice, but together with their front of house team, they will be hosting an evening that combines exquisite food and wine, music and masks all in the sumptuous Randall & Aubin surroundings.
