It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…at Event City.
Winter Wonderland is back following the success of its initial run last Christmas. The UK’s largest indoor Christmas theme park opened on 13th December and is spreading festive fun in Manchester.
There’s already been a number of VIPs who have visited Winter Wonderland including Former Manchester United’s Wes Brown and Coronation Street’s Jack P Shepherd and it’s open to the public till Sun 4 January 2015.
Jam-packed with over 40 family rides, from classic rides like the dodgems and waltzers and seasonal themed attractions such as the Snow Globe, it’s the perfect place for kids and adults alike.
The Sooty Show makes a welcome return from last year, as does the Christmas Circus with seating for over 700 and performances throughout the sessions. One of the new highlights though has to be the appearance of Princess Elsa & Anna from Frozen. The most popular duo of 2014 are joined by their snowman friend Olaf delighting both kids and parents with their Meet & Greets and sing-alongs from the hit Disney movie.
Watch out for an extra special visitor too, as Santa Claus will be taking time out of his busy schedule to be at Winter Wonderland up to and including the 24 December.
All the rides and attractions are included in the price so you only need to pay for some optional extras you might fancy including a host of games stalls, food and drinks stalls and a mini Xmas market with gifts galore.
It’s a great way to get into the festive spirit and you certainly won’t be stuck for something to do during the 4 hour sessions the Winter Wonderland are open for-in fact you will find it hard to leave!
