Manchester’s multi-venue festival Neighbourhood is back!

Everyone loves a festival – but there are a fair few things about them that are horrible. One is the camping – especially if it starts raining. Next up is the toilets. Getting trench foot from your rubbing shoes is another. Oh and those idiots you always find there who wear hemp, jester hats and just blow horns all day. Well, Neighbourhood – Manchester’s multi-venue one-day festival doesn’t have any of these bad things – but still manages to pack in plenty of the good stuff.

Headlining the festival are acclaimed live favourites Peace and Rat Boy (great news for me because I will get to use my favourite gif on Twitter!) along with some of the country’s freshest and most exciting names such as Billie Marten, Black Honey, The Amazons, Superfood, Leo Stannard and The Orielles. Over 100 artists and bands from all over the world performing in twelve venues all around the city on Saturday 7th October.

Last year was exceptionally busy and saw Blossoms, Circa Waves, Liam Fray, White Lies, Twin Atlantic, The Sherlocks, Louis Berry, The Pigeon Detectives and many more perform to rave reviews across the board. So if you want tickets this year, they go on sale on Friday 26th May at 10am from www.neighbourhoodfestival.com and are £30.

Watch out for more line-up announcements coming soon.
