La Discotheque: Todd Terje
Todd is back, Norway’s house music dj Todd Terje is headlining the return of La Discotheque a night at the Albert hall this Saturday night, doors open at 9pm and curfew is 4am.

Cabbage
In a year they have gone from a little know band in Manchester, they featured in I-D and are now Manchester’s most exciting new band everyone is talking about. The up and coming five-piece play a sold out gig at Gorilla on Saturday. If you miss this there is plenty opportunity to see them, they play most of the European and UK festivals this year, and they are also supporting The Courteeners big gig in May.

Drake
Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer Aubrey Drake Graham AKA Drake. Arguably the biggest and most influential pop start in the world! He is powering through a huge tour ‘The Boy Meets World Tour’ The star plays Manchester’s Arena for Two nights 11th & 12th.

The Naked and Famous
All the way from Auckland, The Naked and Famous perform at Manchester’s Academy 2 on Monday night. The indie electronic band formed in 2007, after a much needed breather they are now back with their fourth album ‘Simple Forms’ released last year. Monday nights gig is supported by SHELLS, it’s a sell-out so keep your eyes peeled for tickets.

Sundara Karma
This young indie band from reading Sundara Karna are refreshing and new, they have been busy supporting Two Door Cinema Cub, recently playing Two nights at the Apollo. They are now touring their debut album ‘Youth is Only Ever Fun in Retrospect’. The Four-piece play Thursday night at the Albert Hall, and it’s a sell-out.
