Authentic American barbecue restaurant, Southern Eleven, has developed a new, quick, take away menu to tempt hungry office workers at lunch time.
The Spinningfields restaurant’s new menu has a variety of sandwiches served with fries or salad and a drink, or a range of salad boxes for a lighter lunchtime snack. Moreover, to accommodate time-limited workers, the lunch boxes can be pre-ordered and collected when ready.
Southern Eleven’s sources all its meat from the Greaves and Sons in Wigan, which provides them with outdoor reared pork, and grass fed beef, which is hung for at least 30 days.
The meat is slow cooked in wood burning ovens, which have been directly imported from Oklahoma. This traditional method of cooking allows the meat to be smoked for 18 hours to create a delicious hickory smoked BBQ flavour.
Its salad menu combines locally sourced fresh ingredients to produce mouth-watering dishes.

Customers can pre order and collect the lunch when it’s ready leaving them with plenty of free time to enjoy their lunch hour.”
