Aimed at reducing the congestion in Manchester, tackling the environmental impact of cars and decreasing the demand for inner city parking, Moda’s ‘Move in with Metrolink‘ is hoping to encourage the use of sustainable transport methods.

Moda will be the first residential developer to offer 50 residents a free one-year all-zone Metrolink pass encouraging them to explore and experience all the places on the Metrolink network.

Moda’s revolutionary new app, which helps residents manage their day to day lives, including paying rent, booking classes, instant messaging the 24hr concierge and keeping track of parcel deliveries, will also have a feed into TFGM’s transport news – giving residents live travel updates as they happen. TFGM will also offer personal travel planning to all residents.

Located in the NOMA district with just a three-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, Moda Angel Gardens will open in October with 466 rental apartments designed for the modern city renter.

As part of Moda’s wider health and wellness initiative, they are also aiming to encourage people to live healthier lives, with those who use public transport estimated to be almost four times more active than those who drive according to data from the UK National Travel Survey.

Residents will also benefit from a range of shared amenities, including a 24-hour gym, communal lounges, a private dining room, cinema screening room, co-working space and a multi-use roof terrace designed with residents’ physical and mental wellbeing in mind.

Moda Angel Gardens is now open for reservations with residents moving in from October.
